OAKLAND ALL-ACCESS EARNS TWO EMMY® AWARD NOMINATIONS
The show earned its fifth and sixth nominations over six seasons.
ROCHESTER, Mich. - The Oakland All-Access Show received two EMMY® Award nominations, announced by the Michigan Chapter of the National Academic of Television Arts and Sciences. The show highlights Oakland Athletics, and is an inside look at the men's basketball program. It airs monthly on Fox Sports Detroit and is produced by Good Problem Productions.
"Oakland Golden Grizzlies Athletics attempts to produce first-class quality in all facets of game day and the corresponding television production," said Director of Athletics Jeff Konya. "The continued recognition for our All-Access series indicates that the content is of the highest quality and our stories are equally compelling. The format of the show continues to be innovative in creative freedom."
The winners will be unveiled on June 10 at the 39th EMMY® Awards inside the MotorCity Sound Board Theater in downtown Detroit.
Episode 1 of Oakland All-Access, which aired on Dec. 7, 2016 on FSD, received an Emmy nomination under the Military category: Corporal Isaiah Brock vs. the NCAA. The second nomination came from last season's Episode 3, which aired on Feb. 25, 2016. All episodes of this year's All-Access Show can be found here.
Oakland and Good Problem Productions just completed their sixth season of All-Access on Fox Sports Detroit. This is the fifth and sixth time the Oakland All-Access Show has received an EMMY® Award nomination.
