ANDY ADRIANSE NAMED DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES AT OAKLAND
Adrianse spent the last nine years at Kentucky.
ROCHESTER, Mich. - Andy Adrianse was named Oakland University Athletics Director of Facilities, announced by Senior Associate AD Padraic McMeel on Tuesday. Adrianse spent the last nine years at the University of Kentucky in facilities and event management.
"We are excited to have Andy join the Golden Grizzly team," said McMeel. "We continue to strive to provide the best experiences for our student-athletes and fans, and Andy brings a great game day and facilities operations background to our team."
A native of San Luis Obispo, Calif., Adrianse served as the Assistant Director for Event Management at UK from 2008-15. He worked as the primary game and event management contact for women's basketball, men's tennis, women's tennis, softball and volleyball. Prior to working as the assistant director, Adrianse was a facility and event manager, overseeing the tennis complex, and spent one year as a graduate assistant in the facilities office for the Wildcats.
Adrianse earned his masters degree from UK in kinesiology and health promotions in 2008. Previously he attended California State University Stanislaus where he earned a bachelor's degree in physical education in 2005.
