OAKLAND ADDS ANDREW DELAGRANGE TO ATHLETIC TRAINING STAFF
Delagrange comes to Oakland from Fort Wayne
ROCHESTER, Mich. -- Oakland has added Andrew Delagrange to its athletic training staff announced by Associate Athletic Director Marshall Foley on Tuesday. Delagrange comes to Oakland after spending time as an athletic trainer at Fort Wayne.
“I am excited to welcome Andrew to Oakland and our athletic training team,” said Foley. “His enthusiasm and professionalism make him a great fit for our staff, and I look forward to the positive impact he will make on the student-athlete experience at Oakland University.”
While at Fort Wayne, Delagrange provided athletic training coverage for baseball and men’s soccer and also worked as an on-site athletic trainer for Parkview Occupational Health.
Before becoming a certified athletic trainer, Delagrange served two tours of duty in the U.S. Army from 1999-2003 and 2006-2007, which included deployments in 2002, 2003, 2006 and 2007.
A native of Auburn, Ind., he earned his degree from Defiance College in 2016 in athletic training and exercise science with a concentration in coaching.
