Raleigh Relays Final Results | Rust Buster Final Results

RALEIGH, N.C. & KNOXVILLE, Tenn - Corey Goodloe, Nicholas Girodat, Aaron Davis and Sheldon Drake placed first in the 4x100m relay and set a new school record with a time of 40.74 while Gino Vitella set a new school record in discus and placed fifth with a throw of 170 ft., 4 in. at the Tennessee Rust Buster on Saturday. Davis also recorded a first place finish in the 200m (21.25) and Dana Tessmer placed third in pole vault (11 ft., 11.75 in).

Tré Brown led Oakland on the second day of the Raleigh Relays at North Carolina State, finishing 15th in the 400m hurdles (54.63).

400m (W): Chanel Gardner (58.09, 9th), Sydney Sterling (58.15, 10th)

400m (M): Corey Goodloe (48.97, 11th), Zach Joyce (49.18, 12th)

400m hurdles (W): Alana Morrow (1:07.43, 7th)

110m hurdles: Zach Stadnika (15.50, 7th)

100m hurdles: Sarah Moen (14.64, 11th), Laura Johnston (14.73, 12th)

100m (W): Andriana Smith (12.66, 11th)

400m (M): Aaron Davis (10.84, 12th)

200m: Sheldon Drake (21.71, 10th)

800m: Austin Dawn (1:55.21, 8th), Geoffrey Williston (1:55.32, 9th)

Shot put: Tyler Beeson (46 ft., 8.75 in., 10th)

Long jump: Brandon Davis (23 ft., 3.5 in., 7th)

The team will head to Miami of Ohio to compete at the Miami Duals next weekend.
