Oakland Track and Field Heads to YSU National Invitational

ROCHESTER, Mich. - The Oakland men's and women's track and field teams will travel to Youngstown, Ohio to compete in the YSU National Invitational this weekend at the Watson and Tressel Training Site. The meet will begin Friday at 3 p.m. and will continue on Saturday at 8 a.m.

- Serena San Cartier finished behind Peabody with a time of 8.74 in the 60m hurdles
- Niklas Rippon completed the 60m hurdles sweep by winning with a time of 8.35
- Jennifer Lane won the high jump with a jump of 5 feet, 5 inches
- Andrew Stebbins has won three straight shot put events coming into the weekend after a season-best performance
- Karli Keur won back-to-back 800m run events with a time of 2:16.69
