KISSIMMEE, Fla. Emerson Misch went 2-for-5 with a pair of runs and a RBI while Mario Camilletti hit 2-for-3 with a RBI single as the Oakland baseball team won its first game of the season with a 5-4 win over Old Dominion on Saturday at the Diamond 9 Sunshine State Classic Series.

Nate Schweers picked the win going 2.0 innings with two strikeouts in relief of starter Nick Parr who tossed 7.0 innings with nine strikeouts.

With the game tied at 4-4 in the bottom of the ninth and the bases loaded, Myles Zilinsky was hit by a pitch which allowed Misch to plate the game-winning run.

Ben Hart led the way for Oakland going 2-for-4 with three RBI and a two-run home run in the nightcap against Iowa as the Golden Grizzlies dropped a hard fought decision, 8-6.

Tyler Trovinger also went 2-for-5 with two RBI while Thomas Miller added a RBI single.

Oakland conclues play the Classic Series against Pittsburgh on Sunday, Feb. 18 at 11 a.m.
