PAGANO'S FIVE HITS FUELS OAKLAND'S 10-6 COMEBACK WIN IN LEAGUE OPENER

NILES, Ohio-- Tyler Pagano went 5-for-5 with a double and two RBIs plus scored two runs while Tyler Trovinger went 3-for-3 with 2 RBIs, hitting his first career home run as the Oakland baseball team defeated Youngstown State in its Horizon League opener 10-6 Friday afternoon at Eastwood Field.

Adding to the Oakland offense was Matt DiLeo who drove in two runs with a base hit in the eighth inning, while Tyler Janish, Ryan Fitzgerald, Myles Zilinsky, and Emerson Misch all recorded one RBI a piece. Nate Schweers picked up his first win of the season after coming into the game in the fifth inning allowing just two hits the remainder of the game. The Golden Grizzlies will face the Penguins in a doubleheader tomorrow beginning at Noon.
