ROCHESTER, Mich. - Tyler Pagano went a combined 5-for-10 with seven RBIs, two home runs, two doubles and three runs leading Oakland (10-27, 7-9 HL) to a 9-6 and 12-6 doubleheader sweep over visiting Milwaukee on Sunday. Ben Hart also went 5-for-8 with two RBIs as the Golden Grizzlies racked up 21 runs on 29 hits.
Pagano belted two home runs with three RBIs while Demumbrum went 1-for-3 with a two-run single as Oakland used a six-run eighth inning to move ahead for good in game one. Nick Parr picked up the win in relief of starter Jake Lee who tossed 7.0 innings with nine strikeouts.
In the finale, Pagno once again led the way going 3-for-5 with two doubles and four RBIs with Misch adding two doubles and two RBIs as Oakland posted 16 total hits. Nate Schweers pitched 3.0 innings in relief for the win while Austin Sherry also tossed 3.0 innings to pick up his first career save.
Oakland will host in state rival Central Michigan at Jimmy John's Field in Utica, Mich. on Wednesday, April 26 at 6 p.m.
