INDIANAPOLIS - Mike Brosseau and Ian Yetsko were each named to the All-Horizon League first team, while Nate Green and Ben Hart were selected to the all-league second team and Ryan Fitzgerald garnered all-freshman team honors, as voted on by the league's seven head coaches and announced by the league office on Tuesday.

Brosseau, a senior from Portage, Ind., earns his second all-league selection of his career as he was named All-Horizon League first team in 2014. The shortstop led all players in conference play in slugging percentage (.629) and tied for the lead in home runs (6). He also ranked top-10 during league games in batting average (.371), RBIs (23) and on-base percentage (.435). Overall, Brosseau finished the regular season in the top-three in the Horizon League in batting average, slugging percentage, on-base percentage and home runs, while ranking top-10 in hits, runs and total bases

Yetsko, a senior from Dewitt, Mich., collects his second consecutive all-league nod and his first on the all-league first team. He split time behind the plate and in the infield this season and hit .315 during Horizon League play finished tied for second in doubles (9) and eighth in slugging percentage (.500). Yetsko had a league-best three doubles in a single game against Milwaukee on May 6. Overall he ranks top-10 in the Horizon League in slugging percentage and doubles.

Green, a sophomore from Hilliard, Ohio, garners his first career all-league selection. He ended the year with a 1-0 record and four saves with a 1.00 ERA out of the bullpen during Horizon League play. Green's four saves tied for the second most in conference play. Green finished the season with six saves, the most in the league, and a 2-0 record with a 2.61 ERA in 17 appearances in relief for the Golden Grizzlies.

Hart, a sophomore from Rochester, Hills, Mich., also earned his first all-league nod of his career. He finished second on the team with a .323 batting average in league play with a team-best five stolen bases. Overall, Hart hit .300 on the season with 27 RBIs, five extra-base hits, 10 runs scored and six stolen bases.

Fitzgerald, a freshman from Mount Vernon, Ohio, earns All-Freshman honors after starting in 24 of Oakland's 25 league contests this season and batted in the lead-off spot for a majority of the year. He finished league play hitting .232 with 11 runs scored and seven RBIs. Fitzgerald has proved to be one of the best centerfielders in the Horizon League as he made SportsCenter Top Ten earlier this season with a diving catch in centerfield against Fresno State on Feb. 23.

The Golden Grizzlies earned the No. 5 seed at the Horizon League Championship this week and will take on No. 4 seed UIC in the first game of the tournament starting on Wednesday at noon from Nischwitz Stadium in Dayton, Ohio.
