OAKLAND WILL BROADCAST 16 REGULAR SEASON BASKETBALL GAMES ON WDFN-AM

Oct. 30, 2013

Radio/TV Schedule

ROCHESTER, Mich. - Oakland will once again make WDFN-AM its flagship radio station for the 2013-14 men's basketball season. A total of 16 games will air on 1130 and will be streamed on wdfn.com.

Neal Ruhl enters his fifth season on the radio for the Golden Grizzlies. Ruhl worked with Emmy Award winner Mario Impemba for the past four seasons, before Impemba decided not to return this year due to his schedule with Fox Sports Detroit and the Tigers.

All but one road game will air on OU's flagship station. Due to a prior conflict, the Western Michigan game on Nov. 26th in Kalamazoo will not broadcast on WDFN. The Golden Grizzlies open the season on a seven-game road trip, beginning at North Carolina on Nov. 8th.
