ROCHESTER, Mich. -- The Oakland men's basketball team will face No. 2 Michigan State Saturday, Dec. 16 at Little Caesars Arena as part of the 2017 Hitachi College Basketball Showcase. The game will be televised on ESPNU and can also be heard on WDFN-AM (1130) with Neal Ruhl (pxp) and Justin Rose (analyst) on the call.
Last time out, the Golden Grizzlies defeated Chicago State 82-50 behind Jalen Hayes' career high 30 points.
ABOUT THE 2017 HITACHI COLLEGE BASKETBALL SHOWCASE
The 2017 Hitachi College Basketball Showcase will be the inaugural college basketball games at the brand-new, state-of-the-art Little Caesars Arena in Detroit. The Saturday, December 16 contests will be between Detroit Mercy and Michigan at 12 p.m., then Oakland versus Michigan State at 2:30 p.m.
