Coach Pogue had this to say about Justin: "Justin has only been with us for this Fall season after transferring to Oakland from Temple for his senior year. Justin has great technical ability, vision and creativity as a player. He also has a great attitude, always smiling, having fun and keeping the team in good spirits."

Three greatest accomplishments at Oakland: 1) Winning the Horizon League title in 2015 2) Being able to recover and continue my soccer career after breaking my ankle in 2016 3) Graduating as a student-athlete with a GPA above a 3.25
Favorite memory as a student-athlete: "Receiving the 2013-14 NJCAA All-American award"
Coach Pogue on Keenan: "Keenan finishes his three seasons with us after transferring in from junior college Eastern Florida State College. He has endured some highs and lows helping Oakland win a conference championship and NCAA Tournament appearance before having to medically redshirt last fall due to injury. A fantastic young man on and off the field, Keenan has a bright future ahead of him."

Favorite memory as a student-athlete: "Taking pictures and dancing with Keenan, Nessa, Jimmy, Hamid, Nyal, and Jay on Media Day"
Coach Pogue on Wilfred: "Wilfred joined Keenan at Oakland from Eastern Florida State last year and has been an impact player immediately in the Horizon League. A left back with great ability to join the attack, Wilfred has a bright future pursuing soccer professionally. Wilfred has also been very active throughout his time in college in the community through different philanthropic and outreach endeavors that reach far beyond campus."

Three greatest accomplishments at Oakland: 1) Being voted Team Captain by my teammates last season 2) Shutting out No. 2 ranked Akron at home in 2016 3) Winning the Horizon League championship in 2014 and 2015
Favorite memory as a student-athlete: "Winning the Horizon league championship at home in 2014 and then heckling the Kentucky’s goalkeeper while we played UK in the first round of the NCAA tourney helping the squad to a 2-0 win."
Coach Pogue on Zach: "Zach epitomizes everything that Oakland soccer stands for. He is a man of amazing character, an exceptional student in the classroom driven on and off the field to achieve his goals and always willing to put the team first. Zach has helped Oakland win three conference championships and go to two NCAA Tournaments thus far and been a team captain. Zach will attend med school next Fall and we expect big things from Z-Walk in the future."

Three greatest accomplishments at Oakland: 1) Being named Horizon League Offensive Player of the Year in 2015 2) Leading the team in points for three years in a row in 2015, 2016 and 2017 3) Scoring a goal in the NCAA Tournament
Favorite memory as a student-athlete: "Being able to wake up every day and play the sport that I love at a high level, as well as building relationships with my teammates and gaining new best friends."
Coach Pogue on Austin: "From day one since coming to Oakland as a top recruit in the Fall of 2014, Austin has been one of the top attacking threats in the conference, the region and nationally. A constant threat to score every time he touches the ball, Austin has also grown into a leader helping Oakland to three conference championships and two NCAA tournament appearances thus far. A bright future is ahead for Austin at the professional level with continued hard work and dedication."
