DAYTON, Ohio -Taylor Gleason scored a team-high 16 points with four steals and four assists while Taylor Jones added 12 points grabbing a season-high eight rebounds as the Oakland women's basketball team dropped a 84-66 decision at Wright State on Sunday afternoon.

Nola Anderson chipped in with nine points while Hannah Little, Leah Somerfield and Sha'Keya Graves each had seven points. Oakland battled back in the third quarter scoring 30 points to cut Wright State's lead to 10 at 65-55 heading into the fourth. However, Oakland could not keep the momentum going as WSU pulled away while holding the Golden Grizzlies to 11 points in the final frame.

Oakland returns to the Blacktop at the O'rena against Green Bay on Thursday, Feb. 2 at 7 p.m. for the Pink Game in which every fan in attendance will receive a free pink t-shirt to help support breast cancer awareness.
