MILWAUKEE -- Korrin Taylor scored 14 points on a career best 5 of 7 shooting from the floor while also recording three rebounds, two assists and two steals as the Oakland women's basketball team defeated Milwaukee 80-75 in its regular season finale Sunday afternoon at the Klotsche Center.
Cierra Bond scored a team high 21 points on 8 of 17 shooting, including four three-pointers, plus dished out three assists and recorded one block.
Leah Somerfield netted 17 points and grabbed six rebounds while tying a career high four steals and four assists. Taylor Gleason also scored in double figures recording 10 points, seven rebounds and four assists.
The Golden Grizzlies scored a season high 14 three-pointers and shot 12 of 13 from the free throw line (92 percent).
Oakland will next participate in the Motor City Madness tournament at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit.
