ROCHESTER, Mich.- Hannah Little recorded her team-leading fifth double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds coupled with seven steals and a career-high eight assists as the Oakland women's basketball team upended visiting Valparaiso, 104-63, on New Year's Eve. The 104 points marks the program record for the most points scored in a league game at the O’rena since 100 vs Centenary (1/29/11).

The Golden Grizzlies shot a blistering 16-for-31 from behind the 3-point arc just missing the school record of 18. Oakland had six players in double figures led by Taylor Jones with 20 points. Taylor Gleason added 15 points shooting a career-high 4-for-5 from 3-point range.

Leah Somerfield also had 15 points followed by Sha'Keya Graves and Cierra Bond with 12 each.

Oakland hosts arch-rival Detroit Mercy in a Metro Series Showdown on Black Out Saturday, Jan. 7 at 3 p.m.
