ROCHESTER, Mich. - The Oakland women's basketball team hits the road for a pair of league games against Northern Kentucky and Wright State. The Golden Grizzlies and Norse tip off on Thursday, Feb. 8 at 5 p.m. for the #BoxOutCancer Game followed by the Raiders on Saturday, Feb. 10 at 4:30 p.m. Both games will be broadcast live from the BB&T Arena and Nutter Center respectively on ESPN3.

Series History: Oakland leads the all-time series against NKU, 8-3, after a 79-53 win on Jan. 6. Wright State leads Oakland with an all-time mark of 10-1 after the Raiders downed the Golden Grizzlies, 77-57, on Jan. 4.

Sizzling Somerfield: Over the last three games, Leah Somerfield has been a force on both sides of the floor. Offensively, she is averaging 20.0 ppg while shooting 52 percent from the field and 43 percent from behind the arc. Defensively, Somerfield has hauled in 11.3 rebounds per game with six blocks and seven steals.
