ROCHESTER, Mich. – The Oakland tennis team will compete in the regular season finale Saturday and Sunday against Valparaiso and UIC.
The Golden Grizzlies (7-11, 3-4) will take on Valpo (2-16, 1-6) Saturday, April 22 at the Valpo Tennis Complex in Valparaiso, Ind. at 3 p.m. (ET).
On Sunday, April 23, the Black and Gold head to UIC (15-5, 6-1) to take on the Flames in Chicago at the Flames Outdoor Tennis Courts at 11 a.m. (ET)
The top six teams in the league will make the championships, April 28-30, as the Golden Grizzlies currently sit in fifth place.
UIC is in a three-way tie for first place with Youngstown State and Cleveland State while Valparaiso is currently in ninth place in the Horizon League.
