ROCHESTER, Mich. -- Jamie Walling recorded 12 kills, tying a career-high, while hitting .323 to go along with six blocks and two digs as the Oakland Volleyball team defeated defending league champion Cleveland State (10-7, 2-3 HL) in four sets Saturday evening at the O'rena.

Darien Bandel notched her sixth 20-plus kill performance, slamming 20 kills and registering 16 digs, three assists and two blocks. Defensively, Krysteena Davis led the way with a match-high seven blocks and hit eight kills, good for a .500 hitting percentage. Darrin Rice had another solid outing with 21 digs and two service aces while Lindsay Wightman added 20 digs.

Oakland (8-9, 3-2 HL) will take on Youngstown State tomorrow at 4 p.m. on ESPN3
