LENTZ EARNS HORIZON LEAGUE WEEKLY HONORS

INDIANAPOLIS -- Jordan Lentz has been named Horizon League Offensive Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 9-15 after helping the Oakland volleyball team win two crucial road matches last weekend.

Lentz, a redshirt sophomore from Fort Wayne, Ind., averaged 11.00 assists per set in games at IUPUI and UIC, which ranked 32nd nationally. She also averaged 1.83 kills per set hitting .550 as the Golden Grizzlies took down two of the top teams in the league to extend their win streak to six games. Lentz ranks fifth in the league in assists per set and sixth in hitting percentage.
